🎨✨ It’s Quebec School Daycare Week! ✨🎨

This week, we celebrate the incredible creativity, care, patience, flexibility, and heart that our daycare team brings to Kingsdale every single day. From crafts and games to comforting students after a hard moment, organizing activities, solving problems, and somehow keeping everyone moving in the right direction, our daycare staff helps make our school community feel joyful, safe, and connected.

The theme this year is A Whirlwind of Creativity, and it truly fits. Every day in daycare is full of imagination, energy, laughter, and meaningful relationships.

💙👖DENIM DAY AT KINGDSALE 👖💗

On Tuesday, May 12th, we invite all Kingsdale students, staff, and families to wear their favourite jeans and support an important cause.

This year, we are raising funds for the Cure Foundation in support of metastatic breast cancer research and patients facing the financial challenges of breast cancer treatment.

💗 Cash donations can be sent to school
💗 Online donations can also be made through the Kingsdale School team page
💗 Donations will be accepted throughout the month of May

Every little bit helps, and together our community can make a difference.

Our girls basketball team participated in the 3rd annual basketball jamboree held at John Rennie High School. These ladies delivered an excellent display of sportsmanship, skill, and teamwork.
The energy in the gym was incredible, and it was inspiring to see so many young athletes competing hard, supporting one another, and having fun. Thank you to the John Rennie organizers and student officials who made this event possible! 🏀

There was a lot of excitement around the building last week as we wrapped up our Pilo Polo finals! The Smarties and Oreos went head-to-head for the Junior Pilo Polo Cup, while the Fuzzy Peaches faced off against the Sour Strips for the Senior Sweet & Salty Cup.

Congratulations to our 2026 Pilo Polo champions—the Oreos and the Fuzzy Peaches! Well done to all teams for an excellent tournament.
