Les fraises du Quebec are here!! And they are off to a great start!! Ripe, red, sweet and juicy locally grown strawberries! Strawberry cakes can come in different shapes and sizes! From a 10”x10” square to a 6” or 8” round or to a log roll cake or to mini cake cups!! Cake can be vanilla or chocolate, lovely whipped cream, maybe some chocolate ganache…. And available with gluten free flour. Or choose a creamy gluten free strawberry cheesecake. Want to indulge a bit, add some chocolate to it!! Everything made from scratch with simple ingredients.
