Little deck on a residential property tore off the old handrails ,roof and mechanically fastened insulated sorasmartboard and brown capsheet. Installed sidewall flashing and trim.

Working on a commercial job , laid 90 square in two days. All employees onsite ripping it up to get the job done. Even my daughter is helping out.
