I cannot believe these photos are from almost 1 year ago! It is almost time for; fishing, creek swimming, "body surfing", rhubbarb tasting and a lot more! The joy that baby chicks bring to campers is very, very real. They get to hold, snuggle and care for a brand new life; this is a rare opportunity. The campers take this responsibility very seriously. Now, imagine for a moment, our next camp day is May 29th... What if we timed it so that baby chicks are EMERGING from their shell on that day? We cannot guarantee this, but we can try our best! Imagine campers seeing the miracle of birth in real life, not on a screen. Is there anything better than that?

There was a lot of happiness in preparing a home for our bees, but also some sadness too.... We opened up our hive and discovered that the hive from 2025 had swarmed. This was quickly replaced with happiness upon discovering the POUNDS of honey left behind! In life, it is important to teach children that sometimes you win (painting and being creative) and sometimes you lose (bees run away). Grow With Me exposes children to the wonders and realities of nature; winning and losing!

Confidence? Creativity? New friendships made in nature? Summer is more than just time off... it's a chance to grow.

At Grow With Me summer camp your child will:

Looking for a fun, outdoor summer experience for your child? Join us for Wild Wednesdays with Grow With Me!

Our program is all about getting kids outside, connecting with nature, and learning through hands-on adventures like gardening, exploring, caring for animals, and even cooking together 🍓🌱🐓

📅 Dates: July 8th, 15th, 22nd & August 5th, 12th, 26th
📍 Location: Demorestville
👧👦 Ages: 5–10

Each day is filled with creativity, exploration, and real-life skills in a small, supportive environment.

✨ We do cook together, but campers should bring a full lunch (great for picky eaters!)
✨ Please pack water, extra clothes, and outdoor gear
