These are probably the last of the rhubarb pies 😭, such a short season! As the lilacs begin to fade, the rhubarb goes along with them but that also means that strawberries will be coming soon 🌞! We’re so lucky to have such a variety of fresh fruit available to us. There’s also a few pies and Enjoy the weekend!

Just a little sour cream lemon tart with raspberry, nice bright flavour to cleanse the palate after a great dinner.

These are my homage to Italian flavours; Almond cake with cardamom and pistachios, lemon-almond butter cake/tart and a plum torte. Lemon and orange trees everywhere, oranges dropping onto sidewalks, lemon trees in everyone’s yards, imagine just walking out and getting fresh citrus! I also made a batch of Nutella crunch bars and lots of squares to choose from. Have a great weekend everyone
