LANGUAGE + CURIOSITY is the second module of the WildRoga 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, available as a standalone 50-hour intensive.
This is the chapter where teaching language stops being something you recite and starts becoming something you shape, refine, and integrate into your sequencing.
Across three weekends, participants explore action vs. alignment cueing, expanded anatomy, Sanskrit and lineage, sequence building, ethics and power, neurodivergent-inclusive teaching, accessibility and injury, and the design of workshops, retreats, and community spaces. The training closes with an integrative teaching project: a 90-minute workshop that each participant develops, presents a portion of, and leaves with a clear plan to bring into the world.
This chapter is built with anti-oppression and neurodivergent inclusion as foundational design principles, not afterthoughts. Anti-Black racism, colonization, and cultural appropriation are named directly within the curriculum.
The training takes place in person at the studio pec in Belleville.

meet Rigel 👋🏻
Rigel fell in love with movement at an early age. As a high performance athlete in athletics, she experienced injuries and underwent rehabilitation over the years. That experience led her to pursue a diploma in massage therapy at Grant MacEwan University in Edmonton. Still curious about the body, she shifted her practice to focus deeply on movement therapies. She attended Calgary Pilates in 2020 where she trained in mat, reformer and chair pilates.
Rigel deeply believes that one should celebrate movement that makes you feel good. Finding joy in movement and being curious about how the body moves. It is why she incorporates fun music, props and takes inspiration from all forms of sport.
When Rigel isn’t melting from the Southern Ontario heat, you can find her with an iced coffee (dairy free of course), being a passionate Oilers fan, or perhaps sewing a thing or two. Besides dabbling in running, swimming, her pilates practice and weightlifting, you can probably see her trying to keep up with her cyclist boyfriend and being a new cat mom to their rescue cat, Major.
You can currently find Rigel subbing a bunch of Belleville classes this summer starting next week.

welcome Megan Pearce 👋🏻
Movement has long been a source of grounding and joy in Megan’s life. Growing up as a dancer and later cheerleading in the CFL, she developed a deep appreciation for movement as a source of self-expression, connection and community. Whether spending time outdoors with her dog or exploring different forms of activity, she values the way movement supports both the body and mind.
Drawn to the unique combination of music, breath, and intentional movement, she found barre to be a powerful practice for building both strength and mindfulness. As an instructor, she focuses on mind-muscle connection and body awareness to help move with intention. She is passionate about creating an uplifting and welcoming environment where people can feel strong and connected to themselves.
Outside of the studio, she enjoys reading a good book, board games with loved ones, gardening and more recently, learning embroidery. She is grateful to continue sharing her love of movement with the studio’s community.
You can find Megan on the Belleville schedule on Friday’s at 5:30 pm for MAT - BARRE beginning on June 12th.
