MathQuest Tutoring in Pickering is accepting new students at this time.
Our specialty is, but not limited to, high school math including the Gr. 12 courses Calculus, Data Management and Advanced Functions.
We run one-on-one tutoring sessions and focus on the individual needs of the student to help them find success in their math courses. Currently, we offer in-person (at our center in Pickering) or online tutoring.

Math Online Tutoring During COVID-19
MathQuest is adjusting to the current situation: On-line tutoring!

As you know, due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, the Ontario government closed all schools on March 23. This school shut down has now been extended indefinitely. Many students and parents are now expected to switch to online learning while maintaining academics and following the curriculum without structured classrooms.

We have already received feedback from students and parents that have tried following their online classes, but they are unable to ask any questions or receive any clarification as they try to navigate this new online platform. Students have tried watching their assigned videos online but are not getting the help they need to self-teach.

During this unprecedented time, we are offering online tutoring for students who want to stay on top of their academics and avoid falling behind for the duration of this school year. We offer one-on-one, person-to-person tutoring online, following each student’s assigned curriculum. Students will work with a live tutor online and will have the opportunity to go through their daily lessons, see examples of math problems solved in real time with step by step explanation. They will be able to ask questions, get clarification and then receive guidance as they try out the problems themselves. Homework will be assigned by the end of each session.

This is one of a kind interactive online learning.
