Main entree - kettlebell swings garnished with a bar hang or ring hold
Appy - kb goblet squats. Dessert - burpees over kb 🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️

There was a dress code for todays, O CANADA, Partner Wod and our athletes knew the assignment 🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦 (the tie was very dapper 🐶🎀) Everyone crushed the 20 min AMRAP! Moving thru 4 different movements and working so incredibly hard with their partner to tackle the reps and 1 static hold 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
