Opening for an executive assistant working with a senior real estate developer, who specializes in multi family/resort complexes. The successful candidate will be supportive in all aspects of development & construction.

Responsibilities:
*Assist in daily business operations, development & construction
*Assist with project deliverables to move the project through each phase of development
*Bookkeeping/accounting functions including job costing
*Oversee business activities during owner absence
Requirements:
*Business degree/diploma and/or construction training an asset
*Construction and/or Development experience required
*Proficient use of Microsoft Office & QuickBooks or Sage Accounting
