What an honour to officiate a wedding merging cultures. An anvil wedding, with roots in Scotland, combined with indigenous traditions of drumming and song. Ribbon skirts and shirts, lovingly made by the bride’s mother. Ring lovingly crafted by the blacksmith groom. And soulmates making vows to each other that made everyone weep. Sharing love stories, aren’t I lucky.
