I'm so excited to be back in school learning about herbs!! Adding another level to my practice and gaining a deeper understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Got my little learning center set up, feeling the Feng Shui letting the qi move through the space encouraging learning, moving, and growing
Feeling very much in line with the universe and in my flow of life ❤️🌿🌻

Kidney 1 or "Gushing Spring"
This is the lowest (most Yin) acupuncture point on the body. Excellent for clearing the head of overthinking, opening the chest if there's any tightness due to anxiety/stress, very useful as we move into the hectic holidays.
Use it for grounding before bed by massaging this point for 10-30 minutes or tapping it 100 times on each foot.
This will also help to support the kidneys, which in Chinese Medicine are the source of our life essence (Jing)
