Cannabinol, or CBN, is a rare, minor cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant which, like strongly psychoactive THC, is derived from tetrahydrocannabinolic acid. While research into CBN is still ongoing, there is scientific studies showing CBN may have an impact on insomnia, inflammation, and pain.⁠
