My name is Tammy-Lynn and I am pleased to share with you a little bit about myself. I am a Social Worker, completing my Bachelor Degree at the University of Victoria in 2002; I am a Roots of Empathy Instructor, a Triple P Practitioner and a Body Talk Practitioner (CBP). As a counselor I have worked with hundreds of men, women and children; helping them through various life transitions allowing th
em to feel confident in who they are and where their lives are going. A modality that I often use is BodyTalk as I have found it to be highly effective. BodyTalk is a consciousness based healing modality that addresses the whole person. This means that no aspect of the human psyche is overlooked, be it emotional, physical or environmental. BodyTalk understands the profound influence the psychology of the body has on our health. It is highly effective in helping you overcome limiting belief systems, fears/phobias and past hurts and traumas. By addressing these, as the underlying causes of illness and disease, the body is able to heal and physical symptoms resolve. My passion is helping others overcome past hurts and traumas as well as the resulting negative and limiting belief systems. In doing this, my clients become more consciously aware. They find themselves feeling an inner sense of peace, having increased clarity around who they are and what they believe in and they begin to live their lives in a manner that is meaningful to them.
