For all the Twix fans out there, this home made version is 👌🏻🤤 inspired by these cuties have a shortbread cookie crust, chewy gooey caramel and a milk chocolate coating to tie it all up. 100% worth the effort.

Soft, chewy ginger molasses cookies are some of my all time favourites. I’ve been wanting to jump onto the stuffed cookie bandwagon and these were perfect for the experiment.
