had the privilege of creating this macaron tower for my beautiful cousin. 💜 A stunning birde-to-be deserved an equally stunning dessert. 💜

Gingerbread macarons. These are filled with a Swiss meringue buttercream, that is infused with ginger, cloves, cinnamon and spices for that gingerbread flavour. 💜

Made with a white chocolate cream cheese ganache and a homemade pumpkin jam in the center. It’s one of my favourite fall flavours. 🧡
