With summer comes hot & stormy days! At Wild Roots Yoga we love all that Mother Nature shows us, however safety always comes first! If there is ever a risk of dangerous weather, your health & safety come first, we will always communicate clearly whether classes will be cancelled or postponed due to unsafe conditions.

SUMMER SCHEDULE
Two outdoor classes a week, each honouring the sun and your body, letting them come into alignment. An indoor evening class to discover & learn about yoga and your body, to build mobility and strength.

Unwind Fridays is moving outdoors for the summer! Enjoy Georgian Bays dreamy sunsets while treating your mind & body to a Yin Yoga practice. Starting May 15th, every Friday @ 7pm. Now bookable through www.wildrootsyoga.ca
