A Phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to investigate the safety and efficacy in reducing nasal allergen challenge provoked symptoms of treatment with DM-101PX in adults with birch pollen allergic rhinitis or rhinoconjunctivitis.

The overall purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of treatment with DM-101PX and its efficacy in reducing symptoms provoked by Nasal Allergen Challenge (NAC) with birch pollen extract in individuals with moderate to severe birch pollen-induced allergic rhinitis or rhinoconjunctivitis.

Pre-Screening Study for Participants With Environmental Allergies (including birch) for Future Participation in Research Studies.

The objective of this pre-screening protocol is to pre-screen and confirm eligibility of participants with a documented history of moderate to severe environmental allergic rhinitis/rhinoconjunctivitis due to birch pollen exposure, for participation in clinical studies involving birch allergen-specific immunotherapy at Red Maple Trials.

A Pre-Screening Study to Conduct a Future Clinical Study in Participants Allergic to Common Ragweed (Ambrosia artemisiifolia).
This pre-screening study will identify and characterize a patient population with a history of ragweed-induced rhinoconjunctivitis who may benefit from treatment and potentially be included in future interventional studies.
