✔️ Ability to drive a lift
✔️ Experience building scaffolding
✔️ Comfortable cutting with a quick cut
✔️ Physically fit & reliable
✔️ Willing to work outdoors in varying conditions
✔️ Masonry or construction experience is a strong asset
