Hello Everyone!
I am going to be honest here, our HVAC system is on it's last leg, which was not an anticipated problem. The most recent quote is $27,000 to replace the units that temperature control the upstairs (living quarters). We are not asking for donations, we just simply need business. Booking an overnight stay helps more than anything. We may be able to limp it through for the summer however, if it fails, it will take away the air conditioning. The problem is that the units are so old that they no longer make parts for them so I can't replace them when they break. One unit, as some groups have found out, leaks water although I think I might have that issue temporarily resolved. I was going to finance it however financing companies don't finance to buildings owned by LLC's, which is me. Currently, all money goes to paying the bills and keeping the doors open..which is fine however, I would love to maintain the temperature control for you guys as well. I did test the air condition over the weekend and it appears that it is working so far. If any of you have HVAC companies that are willing to finance to LLC's, I am definitely open to that option so please reach out.

If you've ever thought about visiting, investigating, or just experiencing the building for yourself, now is the time. Your visit truly makes a difference. As the new kid on the block, I appreciate all of the love, support, and visits we have had this far.

On the road again! This weekend we will be at Sleeper Mortuary!

One, if not the, favorite location to visit, Sleeper never disappoints. Not only will we be doing a double nighter, we will be celebrating mine and Tim's birthdays!

Thank you everyone for still being hear. We have been going through some changes (with team lineup, mental health and obvs seasons).
We are working behind the scenes figuring out what we wanna do for content. (Not everyone likes just IR videos so were figuring out how to make them more structured.) As well contemplating deleting some old videos.
We are also working through the backlog of videos we do have as well, its wintertime. There are not investigations happening currently as its cold outside, cemeteries are full of snow, the few indoor locations are an arm and a leg to rent.
With that said, we are looking to revamp for spring of 2026.

We are hoping you'll all stick by and see what spring has to bring! The back log of videos may be posted before then but for spring there should be a new look, new vibe, new content! (Still paranormal and investigation obvs, but maybe well film some SGG content that is not investigating? Such as our annual camping trip! What yall think?
