PUBLIC LECTURE ANNOUNCEMENT:

Professor Daniel Stolarski, from the Physics department at Carleton University (), will give a presentation about "Exploring the Dark Universe" on Wednesday, December 18, at 18h30 on campus at Richcraft Hall - RB 2200, Carleton University.

The concepts of dark matter and dark energy will be introduced and explained in the context of modern cosmology and high energy particle physics. The talk targets a broad audience and doesn't require prior physics and mathematics knowledge.
