😴 Better sleep starts with the right support.

Did you know ACT offers a Sleep Consultation Program for children and youth experiencing challenges with falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting enough sleep?

This caregiver-focused program combines Occupational Therapy and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to create individualized sleep plans that fit your family's needs. Delivered virtually by a Registered Behaviour Analyst, families receive assessment, training, and ongoing support to help build healthier sleep routines.

Our Small Group Academic Support program is expanding! The program will now be two days per week and offered in both Nepean AND Kanata!

This group is designed to strengthen core skills in reading, math and spelling/writing, as well as help children master the art of group participation and social engagement. https://actlearningcentre.ca/group-programs/
