Simple Ula

This is my family’s go-to dinner whenever we want to celebrate something special: homemade burgers made extra special with the naturally golden yolks from , or topped off with the naturally golden touch of Conestoga Farms’ eggs.

👩🏻‍🍳Recipe (for two burgers):

* 3 Free Run O3 + Lutein Brown 18pk
* 250g ground beef
* 2 burger buns
* 250g mushrooms
* 2 onions
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* a few leaves of spinach
* 2 garlic
* lots of spinach
* 3 tbsp milk
* 1/2 tsp parsley
* 1/2 cup bread crumbs
* salt and pepper
* 1/2 tsp oregano
* mayonnaise
* mustard
* barbecue sauce

Cut the onions and mushrooms and fry them together. In the meantime, toast the buns, and prepare meat for burgers. In the bowl, mix ground beef with the seasonings: parsley, oregano, salt and pepper, add bread crumbs and one egg. Mix it all very well and form a patty. Fry them both on the pan. Next, fry two eggs sunny side up style using Free Run O3 + Lutein Brown 18pk . Lastly, assemble all the ingredients as seen in the video.

👩🏻‍🍳Recipe:

* 2 cans of Rio Mare Solid Light Tuna in Olive Oil
* 1/2 cup of rice (I used here pearl rice)
* half can of corn
* 3 hard-boiled eggs
* 2 pickles
* 3 tbsp yogurt
* 1 tbsp mayonnaise
* chives
* salt & pepper

In a bowl put rice and add two cans of Rio Mare Solid Light Tuna in Olive Oil. Then add diced eggs, diced pickles and corn. Mix mayonnaise with yogurt, salt and pepper. Add it all to the bowl and mix (or don’t mix if you prefer it that way) 🙂. Enjoy! 😋
