In the spring of 1976, the Chances R Restaurant was established and located in Shopper's City mall on the corner of Baseline and Woodroffe. Amongst the original partners was Brian Kilrea, Hall of Fame coach of the Ottawa 67's. The following year saw Nick Bouris, a graduate from the Hotel a...
