We’re expanding at MaxPerformance Auto and looking for a Licensed Automotive Technician to join our team!

🔩 What you’ll be doing:
• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles
• Working on everything from daily drivers to performance vehicles
• EV and Tesla work (training/experience is a big asset)
• Delivering high-quality repairs with attention to detail

🧠 What we’re looking for:
• Licensed Automotive Technician (310S or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• EV experience is a bonus (especially Tesla)
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Passion for quality workmanship

Even in EVs, your brakes still need attention! Regenerative braking helps, but it doesn’t eliminate wear.

✔ Brake components can still rust from low use
✔ Calipers can stick over time
✔ Regular inspections = safer stopping

🛠️ Friday Tip: EV brakes should be inspected at least once a year—even if you don’t hear or feel any issues.
