We’re so excited to share this batch of whisky with you! This is a preorder product, and will be ready very soon…

We work with an excellent cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky that caters to craft distillers. We make trips down south frequently to buy barrels and speak with the team at Kelvin Cooperage about new ideas for aging and finishing our whisky. We’ve set our sights on finishing our next batch of three & ½ year whisky in an Oloroso Sherry cask. The fortitude of Canadian Whisky paired with the rich and sweet addition that comes with a sherry cask finish.

We first released this limited batch of whisky in 2020, and quickly sold out. Don’t miss your chance to get a bottle of one of our all-time best products.
