At Meat Press, we take outdoor sports really seriously! Particularly sking and crosscountry. When we heard that Dominion City Brewing was doing a cool Snow Day event we had to join! We'll be serving up:

🎄 TOMORROW 🎄 We're super excited and thankful to take part in this year's Christmas Market from our pals .
We are serving hot food such as cheesy cubanos, also our Xmas special ragoût de boulettes on potatoes.
We will have amazing goodies on retail:
Foie gras torchon / foie gras mousse with maple wine jelly / duck confit / smoked duck / smoked salmon / ragoût de boulettes et de pattes.

We had such an amazing time last Friday and Saturday! Having this pop-up indoors with only reservations was a great idea, we could focus on the good old Meat Press quality and serve real fast real good! It was great seeing new and old customers meet up for drinks, food and a good time. We will be doing more of these as the formula is much more fun that 500 people lineups where we have to be machines rather than food artists ( *t episode, we're cooks not machines of service).

Can't wait to do it again, it was truly a great experience, thanks again everyone.

Until then, for those who kept ready through the post, we will be Christmas Market!!!
