No membership is needed, everyone is welcome to play regardless of age, skill or ability. The Rideau Sports Centre (RSC) is a vibrant racquet sport and wellness facility located along the scenic Rideau River in Ottawa. Our state-of-the-art amenities include 8 year-round hard tennis courts, 7 outdoor clay tennis courts, 12 outdoor pickleball courts, 1 outdoor padel court, an outdoor pool, and 2 fit

With nearly 15 years of coaching experience, Poya has worked with swimmers of all ages and abilities. He combines extensive coaching experience with 16 years of competitive swimming.
