I recently joined Your Morning Ottawa to demonstrate how modern at-home sleep testing works. Huge thanks to William Aiello for being a great sport—he took the device home, slept with it in the comfort of his own bed, and we reviewed the results together live on the show. Sleep testing technology has advanced dramatically. What once required a night in a hospital sleep lab with multiple wires and sensors can now be done with a small wearable device, delivered to your front door. At Sleep Efficiency, we carefully review and validate all of the data first, ensuring optimal signal quality and fully analyzing the key sleep metrics, before submitting the study to our sleep physician for a full medical interpretation and diagnostic report.
