The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation honours the children who never returned home and Survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities. Public commemoration of the tragic and painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools is a vital component of the reconciliation process.

Orange Shirt Day is an Indigenous-led grassroots commemorative day intended to raise awareness of the individual, family and community inter-generational impacts of residential schools, and to promote the concept of “Every Child Matters”. The orange shirt is a symbol of the stripping away of culture, freedom and self-esteem experienced by Indigenous children over generations.

Responsibilities and Duties

Market Research Interviewers professionally conduct surveys over the telephone. There is no selling involved! Voice control, survey administration, documentation accuracy, clarifying information, the art of persuasion, task focus, and persistence are just some of the tools Elemental will equip you with to succeed as an Interviewer.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bilingualism in French or other languages are an asset

- Competent computer skills, including accurate, and efficient typing skills

- Work independently and as part of a team with strong project focus

- You will need a “can-do” attitude and the motivation to succeed

- A high-energy, self-starter
