Another wonderful morning at Calvary with the Cadets helping to lead the service. What a great group of boys!

Calvary is having its Christmas Candlelight Service TOMORROW December 20, 2024 beginning at 7:00 pm and we would love to have you!

The much anticipated candlelight service of Lessons and Carols
followed by a time for fellowship and Christmas treats. There will be readings, skits and lots of Christmas songs – old and new.

We look forward to seeing you there!

This was a busy morning at Calvary. Nanda, Peter and Alice affirmed their faith and membership.
Warm wishes were received by Pastor Harold and Lorraine on his last Sunday of interim ministry. The cake was delicious, the flowers were beautiful and as always the kids were a delight.

The newest member of the Calvary Church family. It was a lovely celebration to welcome Baby Rain at her baptism on June 30th. She and her family are a joy to have as part of our congregation.

A great Family weekend retreat in an idyllic location in Kazabazua Quebec thanks to the hospitality of Laurie and Graham in their historic 1852 farmhouse on Danford lake. We had a great chance to experience food, family, fun, and faith. 

Another special morning at Calvary. 4 new members were added with their Profession of Faith…….. and yes there was cake.

Thank you for the good wishes this morning for Pastor Harold who tumbled down the stairs at home with the two dogs in his arms yesterday.
He went into emergency this afternoon at Cornwall Hospital and was very fortunate to only have to wait about 15 minutes to get in. The unfortunate news is that he has 2 fractured ribs!
With the medication prescribed he should be feeling better by tomorrow.

Pastor Harold and I had a delightful visit with Emma and her parents. Emma loved the quilt made by the ladies from the Hands On group.
