🌱 Seed vs. Sod: Whether you’re dealing with a less-than-stellar lawn or you're starting with bare soil, there's no better time to get your lawn on track. Understanding the differences of sod versus seed sets a course for the lush, vibrant lawn you aspire to grow.

● SOD PROS:
+ Produces an instant lawn.
+ Best laid in spring or fall.
+ Can be used to stop soil erosion.
+ Cheaper soil preparation.
● SOD CONS:
- More expensive than seed.
- Moderate installation.
- Expensive material with less variety.
- Requires moderate soil preparation.
- Can be high maintenance for two weeks.

● SEED PROS:
+ Inexpensive.
+ Easy to install.
+ Lot of variety.
● SEED CONS:
- Takes up to 2 months to produce a full lawn.
- Best laid in the fall rather than the spring.
