By now you may already know that I finished third in the group portion of the competition. Not too bad, considering there were 100+ competitions in the group when it started!

I wanted to take a moment today to let you know that I sincerely appreciate everyone’s support! It was a real blessing seeing so many friends and family rally together behind me with your love and support, and I thank all of you for that wonderful gift! You made me feel very special and appreciated.

If you’re ever near Overflow Brewing Company and feeling peckish or thirsty, drop by and say hello. It’ll be a pleasure to make you something delicious!

Yesterday was an amazing day of cooking and presenting 6 courses that I designed to showcase Overflow’s delicious beers. It was such a treat to go off-menu and create a sensory journey for the 60 culinary adventurers that joined us!

In the pictures: Spinach strawberry salad, Brisket slider, Sliced Pork Belly with Honey Garlic Sauce, Coconut chicken, Lemon cheesecake, Gingerbread ice cream.
