When it’s too cold to spend the morning outside we take full advantage of any outside entertainment we can get 😂👌

This morning it was the NB Power tree trimmers that were working right out front of our buildings 🙌🏽😂🙏

We brought the 2’s and the 3’s over to the 4 year old classroom and their faces were glued to the windows 😂 They loved watching the ‘big trucks’ pull up and watch them cut the trees 🌲 🛻 Thanks for helping make our inside morning more entertaining 😂👌❄️

As an adult all this white stuff means extra work shovelling, plowing and clearing it out of the way ❄️ But to children it becomes a blank slate and turns into so much fun 👌🤍Just today alone we got our sliding hill back and refreshed with fluffy goodness. We worked our leg muscles walking through the fresh deep snow and crawling and climbing over the plow piles 🦵 We made ‘mountains’ in our preschool class and are hoping they freeze so we can paint them tomorrow 🎨 ❄️ Some of our afterschoolers cleared out a ‘ hockey rink’ and played all afternoon 🏒 Another pack created a game with sticks and rings and we had lots of help shovelling 🪏 ❄️
Surrounded by children really is the BEST! We’re so fortunate to have all these little minds to show us how beautiful things really are 💗

Christmas really is the most fun 🎄 So many ideas, so much excitement, and those twinkling lights everywhere make everything feel so much more magical ✨ 🎅 Here’s a few things we’ve been up to in our classrooms 👌 💗

We’re so proud of our Little Rascals and thankful for their families for helping us fill up our Food Bank Donation Bin! I filled up my trunk last week and dropped it off and they were so grateful! Another way we’re giving back this holiday season 🙏🩷🫶

The holidays are the absolute BEST days surrounded by all the excitement that little ones bring this time of the year 🎅 🎄 ✨
Something we try to do each year is show them how good it feels to GIVE 🩷 It doesn’t have to be anything big that brings so much joy. Today we became little cheerful elves and set out down the road on our annual Christmas card delivery. A little sprinkle of magic in each of our neighbours mailboxes to bring them some joy 🌟 🧑‍🎄 🎄
It was a whole center project-
Our afterschoolers and 3 year old class helped draw some of our beautiful pictures, our infants and preschoolers stickered them and then today our 4’s delivered to the right side of our road and the 2’s helped deliver to the left side 🙌🏽👌🩷 They worked together to ensure the mailbox was open, the card was inside and the flag was up! In between mailboxes we sang Jingle Bells 🔔 🎶 One of my favorite times of the year is spreading this Christmas cheer!

📖 We are a play based learning center so someone who is familiar with purposeful planning and open ended activities.
🌳 We provide a positive, motivating and uplifting workspace with extra support and the best team of teachers!
❤️ We have the best group of kiddos and we make learning fun! Looking for someone who has experience in a classroom setting and is able to take control, provide boundaries and structure, all while providing the appropriate curriculum. 🤩
