This was the Orillia Bakery and Deli before Nancy Lem Design started it's renovation, addition and transformation. 10 years later, the interior design still looks as great as the day it re-opened. In 2011, it won the CDECA Gold Award in the Commercial Category.

Tiling and floors are all completed at The Lakehouse. Installation of the cabinetry is in full swing and should be completed in the next few weeks. I can’t wait to see the kitchen!

The interior of this stunning Lake House boasts 12’ ceilings throughout, and 18’-20’ cathedral ceilings in the Family Room and Great Room. I love the natural beauty of the Douglas Fir post and beams. Muskoka Granite and Greystone are used on the fireplace facades.

The exterior and interior of this unique Lake House was designed by Nancy Lem Design. 8 months from breaking ground, we are now installing the exterior finishes of Muskoka Granite, and maintenance free wood siding.
