I'm looking for someone to check a short term rental cottage on Orkney beach road in Ramara with availability between noon and 4 pm at any time from mid May to thanksgiving depending on bookings (Fridays only during the summer). The cottage check itself is about a 2 hour job, following a checklist.

Full cottage cleanings will be required as well a few times so, preference will be given to those with previous house cleaning experience.

Coming for Spring of 2023. This fabulous cottage on McPhee Bay, Lake Simcoe with a maximum rental capacity of 8, features the main, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage along with a fully contained 2 bedroom bunkie with kitchenette and bathroom.

To avoid short term rentals headaches with Ramara Township, this cottage is expected to be available with a minimum stay of 1 month at an expected rental rate of under $8000 per summer month; that's less than $2000 per week !!!!
