Ever feel like your kitchen is working against you?
This space belongs to a client with a love and passion for bakingâŚbut over time, the tools, supplies, and daily use started creating more friction than flow.
Too many decisions.
Too much visual noise.
Not enough breathing room.
Instead of trying to fit more organizing tools into the space, we simplified.
Organizing isnât about perfection.
Itâs about creating spaces that support your life instead of draining your energy every time you walk into them.
Clutter is rarely just about âstuff.â
Itâs often postponed decisions, busy seasons, mental load, and life simply moving faster than we can keep up with.
The good news?
You donât have to fix everything overnight.
One drawer.
One counter.
One small reset at a time.
Small shifts create momentum.
Live lighterâŚone space at a time.

Your space should support your passion,
not suffocate it.
My client is an amazing baker, but her kitchen wasnât giving her room to create her magic.
So we cleared what was in the way and made space for what matters.
Now her passion has room to breathe⌠and come to life.
Your space should support what you love,
not dull it with overwhelm.
What would open up for you
if your space actually supported your life?
Get unstuck. Move forward.
Live lighter.

You donât need a cleaning product for everything.
This is how excess buildsâŚ
three for the bathroom
three for the kitchen
one for glass
one for floors
Before you know it, your cleaning supplies are piling up.
Most of it barely used.
Declutter the excess.
Keep it simple.
Live lighter.
Your home, mind and wallet will thank you.

Progress Over Perfection
This spare room had quietly become the place where everything landed.
In just 3 hours, we cleared the room and closet, removed the bed and shelving, brought in her desk and office furniture, and gathered all of her office supplies into one place.
Is it Pinterest-Perfect? No.
But now the room is clear, functional, and ready for her to bring her personal office space to life.
Sometimes all it takes is a few focused hours and the right support to break the overwhelm and get things moving again.
Minimum budget. Maximum progress. Empowerment.
Imagine what a few focused hours could do for that space youâve been avoiding.
One step at a time. Youâve got this.

Anyone else afraid to trim their plants? đđą
Some of us feel overwhelmed when downsizing our books, clothes or antiquesâŚthatâs my jam! I however stress over clipping back my plants! Theyâre beautiful and bountiful yet drowning in themselves and crying out to be scaled back. Iâm so afraid Iâll hurt them.
Last year I had to get my friend to do this for me đ. This year, Iâm empowering myself and tackling this bad boy solo! She needs space to breathe.
So many pieces I propagated, Iâll pass them on to others to enjoy. Letâs hope she thrives!
Iâll give you an update soon! đą

Feeling stuck? Does any of this sound familiar?
âI have so many ideas but canât focus.â
âI donât know where to start.â
âI feel behind on everything.â
âMy brain wonât shut off.â
Thatâs often mental clutter.
Itâs not laziness.
Itâs not lack of motivation.
Itâs too many open loops competing for your attention.
Unfinished decisions
Half-formed ideas
Projects you keep circling
Things you âneed to get toâ
Research in cognitive psychology shows that our brains donât love unresolved tasks.
They quietly drain energy, increase stress, and make everything feel heavier.
And just like physical clutterâŚ
đ The more it piles up
đ The harder it feels to start
đ The more avoidance creeps in
Just like organizing your home, these 4 simple steps can help declutter your mind:
⢠Pull everything out - get it on paper
⢠Sort it - what are your ideas, worries, decisions
⢠Organize it - make a plan & work the plan
⢠Focus on 1 thing at a time
You can bring that vision to life.
Youâve got this.

Forget the overly curated organizing feeds on Instagram & Pinterest.
Keep. It. Simple.
Feeling overwhelmed by clutter and donât know where to start?
Pick ONE spot. Aim for a 5-minute win.
Clutter doesnât happen overnight, it buildsâŚ
A cupboard gets messy â things lose their âspotâ â stuff gets tossed in â piles growâŚ
And suddenly a quick fix turns into a full-room overhaul.
Instead of staring at it every day,
clear it while itâs still manageable.
Try this simple reset:
⢠Pull everything out
⢠Quick sort
⢠Remove anything that belongs elsewhere
⢠Group like-with-like
⢠Quick wipe & put back
Done and done âď¸
One less chaotic thing to look at every day.
Small shifts create that ripple effect.
One step at a time ~ youâve got this.

Clutter is rarely the real problem, itâs a signal ~ pay attention.
In my work, I see 3 common drivers of disorganization show up again and again:
âŞď¸ Overload
Busy seasons of life, wearing too many hats, too much to manage at once.
âŞď¸ How your brain works
Differences in cognitive or executive functioning, including ADHD, can make getting and staying organized genuinely harder.
âŞď¸ Change
New jobs. New babies. Health shifts. Loss of a loved one. Even quieter changes, like evolving interests or a new version of yourself.
Life changes, but our spaces donât automatically keep up.
Thatâs why organizing without first identifying whatâs driving the clutter often doesnât stick, you end up fixing the symptom, not the cause.
So if your space feels overwhelming right now, pause before judging yourself.
Name whatâs underneath the clutter.
Give yourself some grace.
Once you know the cause, youâre better equipped to get the right tools and systems in place.
One step at a time ⢠Create that ripple effect.
You got this.

With the Lunar New Year approaching, itâs a perfect time to clear out whatâs no longer serving you and create space for a fresh start.
And no, this doesnât mean a full home overhaul.
âŞď¸ Donât overthink it.
âŞď¸ Donât overcomplicate it.
âŞď¸ And donât overcommit.
Start with one small space.
Kitchen cupboards are perfect for a quick win:
⢠the spice cupboard
⢠the Tupperware drawer
⢠pots and pans
Working with my client, we tackled these in no time.
Itâs manageable.
Itâs satisfying.
And it creates momentum.
You donât need perfection, you just need to start.
I challenge you đ
Tackle 1 small space. Today.
Remember âŚ
Small shifts ⢠Ripples of transformation
You got this.

Clutter isnât just about stuff.
It represents unmade decisions.
Knowing something needs your attention but procrastinating and postponing it creates mental weight.
Research shows that clutter is linked to higher states of emotional stress. Itâs not just the amount of stuff or the chaos in the spaceâŚ
Itâs the indecision thatâs weighing on you.
SOâŚYouâre not lazy.
You donât lack willpower.
Itâs cognitive overload.
Decluttering isnât about perfection.
Itâs about closing the mental loops.
I challenge you today:
Choose one tiny area.
Make a few clear decisions.
And free up some space one decision at a time.
You got this.
