As we approach International Women's Day on March 8th, we'd like to highlight a few of our staff this week who wanted to share what this day means to them.

1. What inspired you to pursue a career in the automotive industry? I enjoy working with numbers and have found doing the many different rolls in the industry has allowed me to grow with the group and work with amazing people. For me it's the relationships you build along the way that make it fun and not so much "work" :)

2. What does International Women’s Day mean to you? To celebrate women's achievements and raise awareness about discrimination

3. What's your dream vehicle and why? My dream vehicle would be a Ford Bronco with all the whistles

4. Who is a female role model that has inspired you in your career (inside or outside the industry)? Victoria Thomas has inspired me with pursuing my career goal

5. What do you enjoy most about working at your dealership? I enjoy that I get to deal with so many different people on a vendor level as well as an internal level

6. What’s one piece of advice you would give to women considering a career in automotive? Don't hesitate-if you are looking for a second family to adopt this is the place. I just want to thank AutoIQ for giving me the opportunity to work with you and to show that I am an Asset to your company and will continue to do you proud!
