I am choosing to be bold
I used to think great leaders had something I didn’t: magnetic presence, a voice that commanded a room.
Then I started watching the ones I actually wanted to work with.
They weren’t the loudest. They were the clearest.
Clear about what they wanted. Clear about what they were building. Clear about what they wouldn’t do. Clear with their team. Clear with themselves.
Charisma makes people lean in. Clarity makes them stay.
I don’t need to be the most inspiring person in the room. I need to be the most honest one with myself.
