Designed as a series of horizontal forms that follow the site’s natural slope, the Westport Residence is a study of mass, void, and connection to nature. Built into the rock face, with outdoor spaces floating among the trees and expansive windows flooding the home with light, it offers a contemporary expression of West Coast living.

Day to night at the Bonnymuir Residence…

A sculptural S-shaped element frames the entry, anchoring the clean, geometric form. Set on a flanking corner lot in the British Properties, the custom home is a contemporary home designed to navigate complex site constraints while capturing expansive mountain and ocean views. The gently sloped site, bounded by two street frontages and no rear yard, required a thoughtful layout that balances openness with privacy.

Waking up to serene, treetop views from the primary bedroom at the Skyline Residence — a calm, light-filled retreat designed for rest and connection to the landscape.

Beverley Crescent, a home filled with personal history, begins a new chapter. Passed down to our client after many years, this was the house where much of their childhood was spent—now thoughtfully renovated to support life today while preserving the character that made it feel like home.

The renovation involved a substantial transformation, including new foundations, a garage replacing the original carport, and a generous covered deck that extends everyday living outdoors. Carefully selected materials—locally sourced fir beams, a rough cedar trellis, and beveled cedar siding—honour the home’s original spirit while grounding it firmly in the present.

Thinking back on our Eastridge Project that was deemed the Cliff Hanger Residence...

in the beautiful bay of Deep Cove, the contemporary interior of our Eastridge Residence compliments the surrounding natural environment. We were inspired to bring the outdoors in by utilizing wood and stone textures throughout the home.

At the Skyline Residence, the covered deck unfolds as a natural extension of the main living space, shaped by the site’s triangular geometry and oriented to the view. Sheltered yet open, it offers a quiet, year-round place to gather—immersed in the surrounding trees and the broad horizon of Georgia Strait.
