This is a label on an electrical breaker panel. Of course SON PUMP should be SUMP PUMP. I'm not posting it to make fun of someone. I do find it funny, but also very endearing. I grew up in an immigrant household, as did many others. I've seen these types of labels many times. A language barrier is absolutely no reflection on a person's intelligence. This person was obviously curious, got involved, a doer. I say respect to you SON PUMP person.

It took longer to expose the attic access hatch than to inspect the attic 😆. Where's the access hatch you ask? It's at the very back of this deep closet, which is packed with items. Why did I take a picture of it? So after I removed everything, including the shelf, I could put everything back the same way.

There are only benefits, no detriments, to having your home inspected. Yes, even after you have already purchased the house. A personal experience is shared in the comment below.
