My name is Stef, also known as @Essentialosophy on social media. I am a wife and momma, to two little ones and one furry canine. An entrepreneur and an essential oil lover!

I teach people how to detoxify their life. Enabling you to be your best person, your healthiest person, and subsequently - your happiest person by finding your purpose and intention, and embracing your current season of life, in addition to building a successful business from home. I have found essential oils to be the best way to accomplish all of that.

Essential oils have lit a passion inside me to change the lives of others, with this gift that I have been given. My eyes were opened to their benefits in a time where I was desperately seeking support, and it literally changed my life. I have dedicated my life to paying that forward, and helping others find the freedom that I have.
