Hi everyone!

My name is Danielle Stark and I am an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner new to the Niagara region. I am an Ostcan (OOA) certified practitioner, with previous academic background of a Bachelor of Science - Honours, majoring in Human Kinetics and minoring in Neuroscience.

As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, I work to relieve any restrictions or asymmetries within the structure of the body to allow passage for better blood circulation, lymphatic drainage and nervous system communication to the soft and hard body tissues, helping facilitate the optimal function of musculoskeletal tissues and your organ systems. By improving the functionality of the structure of the body, we are improving the capacity for your body to self heal and self regulate - ultimately, for you to maintain a healthier state so you can better tackle whatever life brings your way!
