A Deeper Knowing I am partnering again with my good friend Laura MacDonell, a Certified Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness/Meditation Teacher and Author of "Seek, Discover, Transform: A Path to Creating a Purpose-filled Life.We are offering our carefully curated workshop,

🧬 Our DNA holds Our Story. We inherit DNA from our parents, with half from each, which is why we share traits with them.

🧬 DNA stands for Deoxyribonucleic acid, the molecule that carries the genetic instructions for the development, functioning, growth, and reproduction of all known organisms, essentially acting as the body's blueprint for traits and functions. It's structured as a twisted ladder (double helix) and found in the nucleus of nearly every cell.

🧬 Fascia is the tiny voice within our bodies, whispering please pay attention to me. It is not just a wrapper around your muscular bundles. It is a living network of collagen, hyaluronic acid, and structured water that surrounds every organ, muscle and nerve. It reaches inside every cell forming an extracellular matrix acting as a single, continuous communication system throughout the entire body .

🧬 This workshop will quiet those voices and perhaps even attune you to the subtlety of your Nervous System responses. Bracing has become an unconscious response of our breathing apparatus. Let Nancy lead you to a new regulated place within.

☀️How do you express your relationship with an animal that has captured your heart 💜 for more than half of your life ?

☀️Today I spent a good portion of my day in refection, caring for this 😇.

☀️Well, some may not have had that experience with him 😂🥹 learning basic horsemanship, but he sure warmed a few hearts that needed some Love.

☀️Did you know that a horse's heart generates a strong electromagnetic field, estimated to be five times larger than a human's, which can influence the human heart rhythm and emotions.

☀️This phenomenon is being studied, with HeartMath Institute research suggesting that interactions with horses, known for their "coherent" heart patterns, can promote well-being in humans by influencing heart rate variability and lowering stress levels.

☀️The larger, lower-frequency electromagnetic waves from a horse's heart are thought to contribute to this connection, leading to feelings of calm and peace in people around them .
