Requirements:
✔ 5+ years estimating experience
✔ Excavation/earthworks background
✔ Proficient with estimating software
✔ Strong negotiation & communication skills
✔ Self-sufficient & organized

Duties:
✔ Prepare accurate cost estimates
✔ Review plans, specs & conduct site visits
✔ Collaborate with PMs & suppliers
✔ Monitor costs & support bids

AZ DRIVER
Requirements:
✔ Valid AZ license
✔ 5+ years experience
✔ Clean abstract & CVOR
✔ Experience with dump trucks & construction sites
✔ Flexible schedule

Duties:
✔ Haul material & equpiment
✔ Perform safety inspections
✔ Assist on-site as needed

We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking dedicated individuals for the roles of General Labourer and Heavy Equipment Operator.

Important Considerations:
Please note that our company values hands-on, practical experience. If you have completed any post secondary course for Equipment Operator or have a preference for more modern operating methods, please be aware that our operations adhere to more traditional excavation practices. We pride ourselves on operating with a focus on straightforward, practical work that ensures project success.

Working Foreman
🛠️ Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in civil construction.
Experience in road construction, earthmoving, and site service construction.
Knowledge of GPS total stations.
Ability to teach and delegate tasks to a team.
Strong leadership skills.
Must be able to read plans.
Pay will depend on experience.

Estimator
🛠️ Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in estimating, specifically in excavation and earthworks.
Proven ability to manage large commercial projects.
Strong customer and client interaction skills.
Experience with estimating software and construction processes.
Strong negotiation skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be self-sufficient in the role.
Must be able to read plans.
Must have experience with drawings and ordering.
Pay will depend on experience.
