🔍 Chef Spotlight: Chef Alex “Cheffy” Lim has been a big part of what makes Longtail Kitchen so special. With roots at and inspiration gathered through his travels across Southeast Asia, Cheffy brings fresh ideas and bold flavours to our seasonal menus.
