Our Farm to Tap series continues with the release of The Beet Saison.

Brewed with beets grown here on the farm, this lively farmhouse saison is bright, refreshing, and just a little unexpected. In the best way possible.

This beer delivers zesty citrus, gentle spice, and an earthy sweetness that will leave you intrigued yet satisfied. And the colour! The beets give the beer an eye catching deep rosy hue (picture has no filter).

Perfect for spring and early summer, The Beet Saison is available on tap and in cans while supplies last.

We're preparing for the summer season and are looking for two experienced Cooks to join our hard-working and skilled kitchen team:

Sunshine Smoked Salmon Porter!

ABV 6.3% IBU 15

Sunshine Smoked Salmon Porter is a bold, coastal-inspired brew that brings together the richness of dark malts with the unmistakable character of the Pacific Northwest.

Pouring deep brown with a soft tan head, this 6.3% ABV porter opens with aromas of roasted coffee, cocoa, and a gentle campfire smokiness.

Layers of chocolate and toasted grain give way to a savoury twist—locally caught coho salmon, cold-smoked over alder wood, lending a subtle, briny depth and a lingering, woodsy finish.

With a smooth body and low bitterness (15 IBU), this beer walks the line between traditional porter and culinary experiment, delivering a truly unique drinking experience that evokes ocean air, driftwood fires, and west coast craft.

May contain real salmon bones and scales - we recommend using a straw if the salmon chunks are too big.
