Accessible doesn’t have to mean boring. 👏

We recently launched a new website for BRIO Insurance, built to meet Manitoba’s new accessibility standards — without losing the personality that makes BRIO, BRIO.

From a refreshed colour palette inspired by Manitoba’s landscape to custom illustrations featuring Petey (BRIO’s very own bird mascot), plain-language content, intuitive navigation and custom functionality, accessibility shaped the entire experience.

The result? A website that’s easier for more people to use — and still a whole lot of fun to look at.

One of the biggest web mistakes?

Rushing into solutions before asking the right questions.

Before design, content, or SEO, we take time to understand
the people we’re trying to reach.

Who are they? What are they searching for? What
language do they use?

Because reaching your audience is really about
understanding their psychology. You have to get clear on
how people think, what motivates them, and how they look
for answers.

Add real website analytics, and you can stop guessing. You
can see where users succeeded, where they struggled, and
where they left. That’s how you make data-informed
decisions that create better digital experiences.

Sometimes, the smartest thing you can do at the start of a
project is slow down and give yourself to think.

This is the kind of impact we love to be a part of (even if we played a small role!)

By making community data more accessible, the Our Health, Our Community website can empower people across the Cowichan Valley to make informed decisions and create meaningful change around health and prosperity.

What do you do with 3,459 survey responses and 95 questions worth of regional health data? Hint: You don’t make a PDF.

You custom design and build a website.

That’s exactly what we did for Our Health, Our Community (OHOC). This survey was a first-of-its-kind health initiative serving the Cowichan Valley.

We turned complex data into an interactive, accessible website that empowers residents, organizations, and decision-makers to explore local health insights and take action.

The result? A Platinum win at the 2026 Hermes Creative Awards . But more importantly, a resource the whole community is proud of.

A regular week at Array turned into premium workplace television. 📺

Should we pitch season one?

The biggest lesson we learned from IROC? Progress moves at the speed of trust.

Last week, our team attended the 10th annual Indigenous Resource Opportunities Conference, where First Nations leaders, government representatives, resource developers, and industry partners came together to discuss the future of responsible development in BC.

Across every conversation, one thread was clear. Meaningful outcomes are built on relationships where trust, collaboration, and a willingness to listen are valued.

Thank you to the organizers, speakers, and attendees for creating space for these important conversations. We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, and be part of the dialogue.

Accounting firm, but make it memorable.

We loved exploring how a traditionally “serious” industry can still show personality without losing trust, credibility, or professionalism.

In this case, it all came down to colour.

P.S. “I turn coffee into tax returns” might be our new favourite line ☕
