Bush Berry
Bush Berry | Ethical and sustainably sourced Organic Ingredients in Backyard Compost Packaging.
My name is Christine and I've been working and studying plants for the last 12 years. I've been growing and drying herbs as a hobby and making teas from scratch. Recently I started reading about the harsh chemicals and pesticides that growers are using on tea farms around the world and still claiming that they are organic. This inspired me to source out local and sustainable companies to gather i
Lately, I’ve noticed more people wanting to know the story behind what they buy.
It reminds me that the most meaningful products often come with a meaningful journey.
That’s one of the reasons I love sharing the stories behind our teas—from the gardens in Nepal where my tea journey began to the blends we create here in Canada.
Every blend has a story, and every cup connects us to the people and places that made it possible. 🍃

High in the Himalayas, tea grows differently. From rolling to drying, every step is intentional - designed to bring out depth without harshness.

Today we traveled back in time to Bhaathapur. This ancient holy city was destroyed in 2015 by an earthquake and rebuilt to look the same as it was. People live and work here and we got to experience some incredible art at a meditative art school and make pottery from local clay. We ate momos, water buffalo and king curd which is a yogurt curd in clay cups (which get tossed after eating) and the area is known for.
Day 1 in Kathmandu - Thamel district, Boudha, healing sound bath, Patan Durbar square, old district walk, traditional food and of course Chiya and so much spicy food !
