Thanks to everyone for braving the intense heat at yesterday’s Back 40 Mountain Bike Race.

What a day!

I had an amazing time hanging out and ripping the trails with Manitoba’s bike racing community.

I hope everyone surprised themselves with how well they battled through the heat on such a challenging course!

After missing the race for the last few years, it felt great to line up and ride the Back 40 course again. This was made possible thanks to who, together with people like , organized and assembled an incredible team of volunteers that made the day such a success.

From seeing little to no trade-in bikes we suddenly have a healthy stock. There also two Louis Garneau 24” Trusts.

- The Norco Fluid is a small size

The annual Back 40 happens this Sunday June 7th.

By the time race day roles around the trails will be hero dirt! They’ll be faster and flowier than ever 🚀

Spent an amazing day at Dakota Plains fixing bikes.

Through the Kanta program, 10% of every bike we sell supports bringing these services to Indigenous communities. I come to them, keep it affordable, and hope to spark a love for biking that lasts.

What an incredible race at Squirrel Hills Trail Park in Minnedosa! The organizers and trail builders really know how to put on a show.

It was amazing to see Country Cycle and our Kids of Mud represented so well. Some strong racers coming up through the ranks!

Can you kick it? Yes you can.

During our time in Ecuador we’ll be kick’n it on the singletrack and beautiful jungle roads — but there will also be plenty of time to simply kick up your feet.

We’ll be staying at Siempreviva Casa in Canoa — a place that perfectly captures the slower rhythm of coastal Ecuador.

This trip is about more than just riding bikes. It’s about stepping away from the North American rat race for a little while and reconnecting with a simpler pace of life.

Good food. Ocean air. Cold drinks. Great company. Bikes.

A place that reminds you that sometimes less really is more.
