`Every year, in the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, people across Canada gather in memorial parks, community halls, schools, homes, and their places of worship to stand and honor those who have sacrificed so much in service to our country.
We call this day 'Remembrance Day'.
Holy Family has a long tradition of holding a special Remembrance Day Ceremony each year to honor and remember the brave men and women who often gave everything, asking nothing in return. It is a testament to their sacrifices that we continue this tradition with pride and our most heartfelt thanks; a small token of our eternal appreciation.
As always, we are pleased to welcome members of the RCMP, our Armed Forces, veterans, and our Piper to participate in these ceremonies.
We invite you, your families and friends to join us this coming Sunday, November 10th at 10:30am at Holy Family Parish to participate in this year's Remembrance Day ceremony as part of our weekly mass.
